Canadian Hardcore five-piece Alexisonfire has released the title track off its upcoming EP Dog’s Blood, due out November 2nd.  This one is for you Peachy…listen to it on the band’s Myspace.

Titus Andronicus

If you haven’t heard the Jersey collective that’s taking over the world yet, the name is Titus Andronicus and the band’s 2010 tsunami wave of a release, The Monitor, has yet to recede since crashing into the mainland back in March.  Check out this interview the band did for Vimeo’s Dirty Laundry where the group calls out Jerseybeat.com for ripping on the record…among other things on Dirty Laundry TV.

Four new Weezer tracks have leaked on this dude’s blog called Harm\’s Blog.  Two of the tracks are from Weezer upcoming Death Of False Metal, and two are previously unreleased tracks from the band’s Pinkerton re-issue.

This is a new track from Deerhoof off the band’s upcoming 2011 album Deerhoof vs. Evil.  This song is for everyone who wants to like Crystal Castles but cant get into it because the band doesn’t seem to be interested in making music, only sense destroying electronic white noise, and seizure inducing light shows.  Deerhoof combines some of that same mentality with actual instrumental and vocal accompaniment.

Avey Tare of Animal Cllective

Animal Collective’s Avey Tare has released a new solo album entitled Down There.  You can here the record in its entirety on NPR.com

“Performing to 85,000 fellow NFL fans will be one of the highlights of our European tour,” said Gerard Way to NME.  “We’re thrilled to be playing to such a huge crowd in such an iconic venue.”

Check out NME’s review of the new album here.
