Titus Andronicus Covers Nirvana’s “Breed”

Glen Rock, NJ Indie-Punk collective, Titus Andronicus, professed its adoration for the late, great, Nirvana by lending its sound to SPIN Magazine for the music news outlet’s Newermind: A Tribute Album.

The former New Brunswick basement dwellers tackled the Aberdeen, WA Grunge-Rockers’ fiery auto-wreck of a nonsensical ghost story, “Breed,” with all the reckless enchantment, sloppy artistry, and controlled chaos that’s transformed Titus Adnronicus into an international, festival hopping, fan favorite…you can check them out next at Lollapalooza.

Download the band’s contribution to the SPIN Magazine tribute compilation below and grab the entire collection, featuring such prominent acts as the Meat Puppets, The Vasselines, Surfer Blood, Foxy Shazam, JEFF The Brotherhood, EMA, and more, here.
