Asbury Rock Stars Charity Softball Tournament Has Been Rescheduled

The 5th Annual Asbury Rock Stars Charity Softball Tournament where more than 150 of the boardwalk’s best musicians, journalists, producers, club owners, and more come together to compete in seven games at Ike Willis Field in Neptune, NJ for such charitable organizations as Autism NJ, Live Strong, Monmouth County SPCA, Mercy Center, the National MS Society, and the Jason Fazio Fund, was interrupted this past weekend and has been rescheduled for Saturday September 24th, 2011.

The game, which was started in 2007, has raised more than $35,000 for a collection of organizations.  The winning team receives the largest share of the donation funds for its charity of choice, however all teams, regardless of what place they finish, are allotted a substantial amount.
