Almost There continued its Almost Friday Covers Series with savage rendition of Finch’s “What It Is To Burn,” featuring the man who is recording the band’s debut full-length, Overlook Studios Owner, Bruce Wiegner (Victory In Numbers, Play Off Words) allowing for impressive three part harmonies and one of the best entries to this collection.

According to Almost There, stick wielder Phill Serzan finished tracking drums on August 25th, the bass and lead guitar parts were completed yesterday, and work continues this weekend on vocals.  This record should drop sooner rather than later.  More details to come.

NOTE: Be sure to check out Almost There this Monday on The Boardwalk where the band will perform in the name of Move For Hunger, a charitable organization that collects food donations and transports them to those in need.  Come by, bring a few items, and enjoy the tunes.
