Zach Moyle Of Lost In Society To Stand In With Blacktop Kids Tonight @ Asbury Lanes

Lost In Society @ The Brighton Bar

Earlier in the week, it was announced that the Monroe-based Punk outfit, Blacktop Kids, who’s vocalist, Max Giaccone, is studying abroad in Spain, would be playing at Asbury Lanes tonight alongside Banquets, Kid Nichols, and The Reveling, leading SIMGE to believe the vocalist had returned home…only to receive a message from him the same day stating that he would be across the pond until December, but the group would continue to play on.

Thus, the situation demands the question, who will fill the void until then, and, at least for tonight, one man has stepped to the mic.

According to Lost In Society front-man, Zach Moyle, he is the man at the help tonight at the Lanes, performing a 10-song set with the remaining 75% of Blacktop Kids.

It’s unclear whether Moyle will remain with the group until December but Moyle stated yesterday in a conversation that he knows all the Blacktop Kids tunes.

“It should be a good time,” said Moyle.  “It’s fun to be doing something different with those dudes.”

Doors are at 8 p.m. tonight with an $8 cover.

And while your at it, be on the look out for a possible collaboration between Moyle and Scream Across The Atlantic, an acoustic Punk-Rock side project started by Giaccone and Blacktop Kids guitar maestro Steve Blish…check it out below:
