Theee Vampire Bats Drop New Single For Spring

One of these evenings SIMGE will unravel the musical mystery that lies beneath the moniker of Toms River’s Theee Vampire Bats.

The Glam-Rock outfit is rumored to be a pair of basement dwelling blood sippers with a drum set, a six string and a set of distortion pedals; ancient universe bending time bandits from the past have ventured to the year 3067 and returned to the present day Jersey Shore with a brand of Garage-Rock influenced by the cosmos; and mentally ill apocalypse-toting cyborgs of the Skynet kind.

But all of that is speculation.  What’s an absolute truth is that Andrew Edelhauser and Patrick Cavanaugh have just released a new single titled “Springtime Lover” in celebration of this warm weather wave that’s crashed into New Jersey these past few days.

The round riff-led rager is infused with a Surf-Punk twang, caked in a hazy malaise, and begging to have head with wind whipped hair furiously nodded, if not fiercely banged, to it.
