Seaside Caves Drops New Song, Starts New Side Project, Playing The Press Room Sunday w/Ba Babes

Since releasing a split LP earlier in the year with local Stoner-Rock outfit, Wreaths, Seaside Caves has kept busy, dropping a new tune titled “The Actual Escape” in honor of Spring and recently unleashing another new and trippy composition.  Although the cavernous and lo-fi fuzz bomb was officially birthed two weeks ago, we thought it only proper to save the news of this appropriately titled tune, “High,” for the national holiday of sorts that is April 20th (4/20).  Stream it below:

In the form of true workaholics, even more recently, members of Seaside Caves have formulated a new side-project that is less Silver-Qluster and more Atmospheric-Rock oriented…but still buried beneath a healthy layer of haze, malaise, and distortion.  Check out “Cops And Robbers” by Soft Shields below:

This weekend be sure to head over to The Press Room on Bangs Avenue for a Sunday evening showcase featuring Seaside Caves and local Garage-Rock dynamo Ba Babes.  Doors open at 8 p.m. with a $5 cover to be paid upon admission.
