On the second and third days of March, Quincy Mumford & The Reason Why filled The Saint to capacity with groove-adoring patrons and and a bevy of psychedelia-laced musical pageantry…and Chris Mumford’s cameras were rolling.  On May 25th, the band will return to the boardwalk for its official release of this live album and dvd pairing at Tim McLoone’s Supper Club with a show titled Calm Before The Storm.

Doors for the event open at 6 p.m. and the music will commence at 8 p.m.  Mumford plans on performing two sets of music, The Calm: an earlier solo series and storytellers-type session, and The Storm: a following full band set of electrifying jams.  The all ages event has three tiers of tickets available, including The Gold Circle ($20), Reserved Seating ($15), and General Admission ($10), which can be purchased here.

According Mumford, the dvd is composed of concert footage filmed at The Saint as well as interviews with the band, scenic cinematography and a documentary featuring the band’s musical getaway and adventure in the mountain’s of Vermont.
