Last night, after switching directors and direction, Ocean Township Pop-Punk outfit Almost There, with John Komar at the helm, began shooting the music video for “I Cried Wolf,” the single off its Silver Lake EP, which has been delayed for a few months.
“Day one of our music video shoot was a huge success,” read a post made by the band on its Facebook page, “complete with smoke and lasers and back flips and shit!”
Bassist Zach Sicherman has told me, the band will commence shooting outdoors on Thursday morning (no time or location has been disclosed), local Hip-Hop artist Bert Lz will make a “huge” cameo, and “The video will be nuts.”
I suppose fair is fair as Sicherman did appear in Lz’s recent video for “Mad Flava.”
