BREAKING NEWS: Blink-182 Drops Out Of Bamboozle…Replace My Chemical Romance

According to a post made by Blink-182 via the band’s Facebook account, the Pop-Punk dynamo has canceled the rest of its North American Summer tour, including its May 19th set at Bamboozle, and has been replaced another huge Garden State act, My Chemical Romance, a fact confirmed through the Jersey City-based outfit’s Facebook channel.

The members of blink-182 have announced today the cancelation of all their May 2012 tour dates due to a medical emergency. Blink-182’s drummer, Travis Barker, requires an urgent tonsillectomy with a recovery period expected to extend beyond the scheduled tour dates. The band apologizes for any inconvenience as a result of these cancelations and thanks their fans for their ongoing support.

The May 10th and 11th concerts at the Winstar Casino in Thackerville, OK have been rescheduled for September 13 and 14, 2012. All previously issued tickets will be honored on the new dates respectively. Refunds are available at point of purchase.

    FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCK. Travis barker needs to get better ASAP because I literally bought my bamboozle ticket to see them and for the record I cannot stand mcr and no one can replace blink ughh im like crying right now kejddhshakaduxjsbr

    Whoever has tickets & is Mad needs to call Live Nation , If they get enough Call , They will Call the Promoters & try to compensate us for Blink 182 canceling the last minute 1-800-653-8000,,ty your support is appreciated 🙂
