Tonight, Rick Barry (front-man of one of Asbury’s most renown Indie-Rock outfit No Wine For Kittens) will play his first ever solo set at the Boardwalk’s premier 10-pin penthouse, Asbury Lanes, opening for the likes of New Brunswick’s own PJ Bond, the Philadelphia based Americana artist Brian McGee, and Pat Dunphy.

Barry recently dropped “Our Mutual Friend,” his third solo single in as many months, featuring all of his No Wine For Kittens Members: Andy Bova (Producer, guitar and drums), Nikki Whit (additional vocals), Justin Borneman (Bass), and James Stahon (guitar), as well as my former classmate at Middletown High School North and multi-instrumentalist session player Robert Butkowski (lap steel).

Listen to the track below, click here to get a free download, and be sure to head out to The Lanes tonight to hear it played live.
